Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you all have a great Valentine's day! Tomorrow will be pretty hectic for us so I thought I better post these pictures now! JP has an early doctors appointment for his arm then I am in charge of Ben's preschool Valentine's Day Party. My Mom is going to be JP's "Sweetheart" for the Sweetheart Tea that the K classes do! I hate that I am missing it but I know Ema will enjoy it and JP will LOVE having her there! I'm hoping that between her and some of the other Moms that I will get a good picture of him at least!!

Anyways, I sent JP's Valentine's to school without taking a picture! Ben's are all packaged up too so you won't get a picture of those either! I promise, they were cute! Here are the cards that I made for their teachers...

For JP's Teachers

For Ben's Teachers

For some of our Special Friends!

I also made this card today for a friend of mine. I hope she enjoys it!

And, just for laughs....here is a picture of Ben! The kid cracks me up! I bought this crazy hair gel at CVS the other night and wanted to try it out on him. He hated it...! But, it works really good!

If you are still reading, answer this question by posting a comment...Are you watching Big Brother 9? More about that later...!

Recipe Boxes!!

Have you seen the recipe box and coordinating set in the new Stampin' UP! Spring/Summer Collection Catalog? I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it! So, I ordered the set and it sat in my stamp room for about a month before I mounted it! I just couldn't figure out what to do with it! Then I stumbled upon these great little recipe boxes that NEEDED to be covered with SU Designer Series Paper! I whipped this baby up in less than an hour! It uses Apple Cider DSP, Chocolate Chip, Really Rust, and River Rock, and Very Vanilla Cardstock and inks and Chocolate ribbon! I used my Cuttlebug to cut out the letters for the front of the box. Here is a trick for you...cover your chipboard with DSP before you run it through the Cuttlebug! Works like a charm and no sanding!!

If you would like to make a box like this, let me know! I'm working on a date for a "Recipe Class"!

Speaking of recipes, dinner is ready! We're having Ribs and Butter-Garlic Noodles tonight! The boys and I excited! Too bad Erich will miss dinner AGAIN! His loss!

New Neighbors

We are FINALLY getting new neighbors! The Goldberg House was up for sale FOREVER but new people are moving in!! I just made them this card to greet them to the neighhorhood...! What do you think?

I've also been working on a donation basket for the Westfield High School Monte Carlo Night to raise funds for their All Night Grad Party. I made 5 of these cards/money holders to put in with a Stampin' UP! catalog and Gift Certificate!

My last card to share today is a birthday card for Michael's girlfriend, Stella! STELLA ROCKS! We all love her! Happy Birthday Stella!!

Have a wonderful weekend! Go Giants or Patriots, or whichever team you are cheering for!! JP wants Mr. Keith's team to win so I guess we'll be Giants fans for the day. Don't hold it against me!

I'm off to play "Darth Vader" with Ben!!
